enzymatic histochemical stains
« on: February 09, 2009, 09:24:20 PM »
Dear all,

i'm conducting a research on thermal ablation therapy of liver cancers. The current gold standard to determine whether malignant cells are lethally ablated is by enzymatic stains such as lactate dehydrogenase, maleate dehydrogenase and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide-diaphorase stains.

I wonder if anyone can tell me where to get extra information regarding these stains and how to use them. I've tried searching within the forum here to no avail.

Thanks for all your help.

Cheers

Leong
