ABC DAB

I did staining on cytospin slides using ABS-DAB system. It works on CEM and Eosinophil. Then Neutrophil gives very strong background on negative control slide. I use 3% H2O2 in methanol to inhibit endogenous HRP. It works well on most cell but not neutrophil . I need help. Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks.
