detection of phosphorylated vimentin
« on: June 06, 2003, 12:38:52 AM »
I have tissue with vimentin positive cells (using Dako clone V9) in  which the Vim must be phosphorylated, as ultrastructurally there are no intermediate filaments! I would like to demonstrate this by IHC but don't know ofsuitable  commercial phospho-Vim antibodies. The antibody would need to work in aldehyde-fixed tissue.   Any help  appreciated.
