I am curious, Ive been noticing most protocols for TUNEL+primary AB double-labeling start by labeling samples with primary and secondary Ab then do TUNEL labeling.
I want to know, will my TUNEL signal be weakened if I do TUNEL first followed by primary labeling which I leave overnight @ 4C then do secondary the next day?
Someone in my lab said that if blocking serum is left on for too long it may interfere with the TUNEL signal. Is this true? I used 1% BSA in my primary solutions...
Any help is much appreciated,
