Has anyone had success using the Zenon labeling kits from Molecular Probes/Invitrogen? I'm trying to co-label two proteins but the primary Abs needed were raised in the same animal. Using the standard immuno approaches, the labeling is great in separate tissue samples. On our first try to do colabeling, we had absolutely no signal and we followed the manufacturers recommendation. We don't want to give up on the kit quite yet after only one try. Does anyone have advice or tips they can offer? Thanks
