Anti Neu-N Imunofluorescence

I need help!
 I use Anti Neun Millipore diluted 1:100 without staining results.
 Can I use epitope retrieval techniques in tissue cryoconserved? or - should I reduce the dilution? I have observed autofluorescence and secondary antibody ok.O same protocol that is used for Neun protocol works ok for GFAP and MBP.
 Please Help me.
