double immunofluo
« on: March 18, 2004, 11:28:37 PM »
Hi,
I need to detect two different antigens on frozen sections, and my primaries are both IgG raised in rabbit. I was thinking to use an alexa fluo goat a-rabbit for one of them, and a different system with a different fluorescent dye for the other one. Somebody told me about a Zenon rabbit IgG labeling kit (Molecular Probes). Does anybody use it? Is it true that it is necessary to conjugate at least 100 micrograms of the primary?

thanks

angela
