Triton X-100 vs Tween-20

Hi,
I am wondering now which is better for Immunohistochemistry staining and Immunofluresence staining. Anyone has experiences on these two dtergents? Thank you very much!

Hi,
I perform the IHC and IF both by Tritonx and the result was good.

I routinely use Triton X-100 (0.2-0.4%) in blocking solution or antibody dilution buffer (for some antibodies, it is not suggested), and only use Tween 20 (0.05%) in washing buffer. This has been working very well in my experience.
