marker for synaptic connectivity
« on: May 22, 2004, 05:01:15 PM »
Iam looking for an antibody marker to identify for synaptic contacts between the terminal of one neuron and the soma of another neuron. In order to do that what is the best antibody marker to show the synaptic connectivity?
I would like to do the double immunofluorescence to detect the antibody.
Thanks
Steve

411B, Con A-binding glycoprotein, maybe good for your study. But do check others as well.
