Is anyone else using activated caspases to try and detect apoptosis in tissues either parrfin or GMA?  I'm having a few problems and would be grateful of any help.

Thanks

Laura

I have been using active caspase3 from R&D Systems with good success by refering to this protocol:

I use cleaved caspase 3 from Cell Signaling with great success. What problems are you having, I would be glad to help.
