a very basic question about in situ
« on: April 04, 2011, 08:09:11 AM »
Hello everyone!

I need to stain/mark cortical layers in a ferret and I know in situ hybridization is possible.
Since I don't have genetics background, I have basic questions, such as: do you buy the RNA probes or do you always prepare them by yourself?
If the probes have to be made I will probably have to ask for professional help.
