I am doing the LGR5 protein detection in mouse intestine(paraffin based sectin,3um thick). LGR5 is a membrane G protein coupled receptor. Does triton penetration treatment induce the LGR5 intensity? any help will great appreciated.

According to an AbCam technical bulletin, Triton is the most popular detergent for   improving the penetration of an antibody, however, it is not appropriate for the use of membrane associated antigens since it destroys the membranes.  Hope this helps.
