Hi,
I work in a clinical histolab. From time to time we stain IHC on human brain-sections, FFPET. There's no difference in the protocol to other tissue-types.
It would be of advantage, if you post your special problems with your staining protocol.

I suggest the HIER is my problem. I use pressure cooker and low pH buffer. I think of changing the buffer to perform better epitope retrieval.
