I have a problem with unidentified stuff in my IHC slide.(see attachment)
This occure only in the test, not in the negative serum control slide.
I preform the test with a monoclonal mouse antibody IgG3 (stored at 40C.

Was this stuff reproducible? seen again on the next slide?
At first sight, I would say it's a chromogen-precipitate. Sometimes such things occur.

Yes, it's reproducible if I use the same batch diluted primary antibody.
My negative serum control (same tissueblock) is always clean, so I think the problem is the primary antibody and not the chromogen.
