Immuno staining
« on: February 19, 2015, 05:17:52 AM »
Hi,

My normaly robust staining using zif268 has recently been problamatic, and have just discovered that there is a possibilty that the distilled water we were from our purification tank could have been just normal tap water (problem with the system) can this be the cause for the poor quality in the staining

thanks
