Ki-67 (mouse) on formaldehyde-fixed, frozen tissue sections
« on: November 10, 2016, 11:35:41 AM »
Hello all: a lot of info on Ki-67 antibodies, a lot of confusion.  Does anyone know whether antigen retrieval is required for formaldehyde-fixed tissue that has NOT been paraffin embedded (i.e., frozen sectioned after graded sucrose)?  I would prefer not to have to denature the native fluorescent reporter proteins that are in this tissue.

On the similar topic, any antibody suggestions would also be welcomed.  Thank you.
