staining of psammomys pancreas with rabbit anti HNE
« on: February 13, 2005, 05:03:20 AM »
I followed the protocol published in this website to stain pancreatic sections of diabetic psammomys obesus without success. I tried overnight incubation at 4 degrees and also tried using a florescent secondary AB withut succuss either.
Does anyone have any further suggestions?

Are your sections frozens or paraffin?

You may need to do an antigen retrieval procedure such as boiling in citrate buffer to unmask your antigen.
