PECAM-1 M20 Santa Cruz for frozen sections

hi at all :D
i ve got proplems with the PECAM-1 staining on mouse frozen sections :(

 i have read anywhere that the M20clon from Sant cruz also works on frozen sections samples.

got anyone a protocol for this antibody that works on frozen sections

Rat Anti-Mouse CD31 (PECAM-1) (Pharmingen, Cat# 553370) works well on acetone fixed frozen sections.

I second Richard on this one. Clone MEC13.3 from Pharmingen (also sold by other places such as Research Diagnostics) works sooooooo well on acetone fixed frozens. Why use anything else?  :)

I also like the Chemicon MAB1393...and I can use it on paraffin sections too!

Lorie, would you mind to share your protocol for the Chemicon Ab? THANKS!

Also a note about the S.C. Ab. I have had limited success with this one as there seems to be extreme lot to lot variation. If possible scrap it and go for the Pharmingen one.
