Schwann cell marker
« on: June 09, 2005, 12:53:48 AM »
Dear All
As you know, after peripheral nerve injury , in early stage(degeneration)  the schwann cells transform to phagosytosis cell to engulfing  the myelin debrid and...  , and then in the late stage or  regeneration phase , they transform to myelinating schwann cell that reacted to S100 antibody well . now i am looking for specific antibody to localization of phagocytotic  schwan cells.
Thank you for attention.
