Using apes coated slides for IHC in MMP-1. Tissue peals off and is lost during pressure-cooker antigen retrival. Don't know why?

Help.

Can you give the protocol for apes coating and its preparation. To check against mine.

I suggest using charged slides such as Superfrost Plus or StatLab Medical's.
