VEGF R1 Antibody Staining Protocol for Immunohistochemistry

Description: VEGF R1 (Flt-1) produced in goats immunized with purified, insect cell line Sf 21-derived, recombinant human VEGF R1/Fc chimera extracellular domain (rhVEGF R1/Fc chimera). VEGF R1 specific IgG was purified by human VEGF R1 affinity chromatography. This antibody will detect VEGF R1 in paraffin-embedded human tissue sections.
