  • Payment terms are net 30 days in US dollars.

Shipping:

  • Subject to product availability, orders will normally be shipped on the same day or next day via FedEx standard depending on the time of the order was received.

Returns and Exchange:

  • An authorization is required for all returns. The buyer must notify IHC World within 5 days after the goods have been received to request an exchange or replacement. IHC World is not liable for any loss or damage to the product beyond our reasonable control during the course of shipment.

Limitations:

  • All IHC World products are for research use only and are not intended for diagnostic nor therapeutic use.

Warranties:

  • Our products undergo testing to ensure that all products meet our standard of quality and reliability. If you experience any inconsistence, then contact us and we will replace the product at no charge. However, no other warranties of any kind, explicit or implied, are provided. IHC World hold no liability for any damages arising out of use, the result of use, or the inability to use any product.
