3.1 Liquids with a flashpoint below 23oC.
3.2 Liquids with a flashpoint above 23oC and below 61oC.
CLASS 4 FLAMMABLE SOLIDS
4.1 Solids easily ignited by external sources such as a spark or flame.
4.2 Spontaneously flammable substances.
4.3 Substances flammable if wet.
